New College awards approximately 140 in-course scholarships annually to students who excel in their university academic work. Many outstanding New College students also win awards from the Faculty of Arts and Science and the University. Application forms are available at the Office of the New College Registrar, 300 Huron Street, Room 107.
NEW COLLEGE COUNCIL IN-COURSE SCHOLARSHIPS (For Professional Faculty)
Approximately 6 awards in the $200 – $500 range will be made this term to returning professional faculty students who are members of New College. Students must have completed one year at the University of Toronto, and must be registered in second, third or fourth year. Candidates will be selected on the basis of academic excellence in the 2010/2011 session, with consideration given to other awards already held.
The deadline for receipt of completed application is December 2, 2011.
NEW COLLEGE STUDENT COUNCIL IN-COURSE SCHOLARSHIPS (For All Faculties)
Approximately 6 awards from $200 – $500 each will be made to students from all faculties (second, third or fourth year) who are members of New College. Candidates will be selected on the basis of academic excellence in the 2010/2011 session, with consideration given to other awards already held.
The deadline for receipt of completed application is December 2, 2011.
NEW COLLEGE STUDENT COUNCIL GRANTS (For All Faculties)
Five awards from $250 – $500 each are available to New College students from all faculties. Professional faculty members should also apply for bursary assistance through their faculty. New College Arts and Science students should apply through the Registrar’s Office. Grant awards will be made on the basis of financial need.
The deadline for receipt of completed application is December 2, 2011.
