New College accommodation is comprehensive – including a full meal plan, utilities, phone with voicemail and internet. All fees for residence will be posted to your ROSI account.

The fees for 2012-2013 range from $9,884 to $12,666 depending on the choice of room type and compulsory meal plan.   Please read our Fees Brochure 2012-13 for detailed information. These fees are susceptible to change pending final approval in April.

These fees are payed in 3 installments. The first instalment of residence fees is due in full by August 15. If payment is not made and/or we have not been notified of (and approved) a delay the resident runs the risk of having their residency terminated. The second and final payments are due November 15 and January 15 respectively.

Any outstanding balance on your account is subject to a monthly service charge of 1.5% per month compounded (19.56% per annum), beginning November 15, 2012.

Application Fee/Deposit

All new and returning students are required to pay a non-refundable $600 application fee. Your application cannot be processed until we have received your application fee.

This fee is non-refundable; it is our confirmation of your firm intention to accept the offer of accommodation. When you arrive in September, your application fee will be applied to your residence fee and credited to your ROSI account.
