Student Clubs and Groups

New College has a vibrant and engaged student culture. The diversity of student interests, clubs, groups, and organizations that are a part of New College all contribute to the community feeling and welcoming atmosphere found on our section of campus. The involvement that our students have in these aspects of Student Life have transformed our buildings from physical structures to lively communities that we are proud to call home. The Student Life and Leadership Office plays a major role in supporting and advising student clubs and groups. We are here to help you make the most of your experience and to offer guidance and resources to help your club or group succeed!

We work closely with the New College Student Council (NCSC) to create collaborative events for students to participate in and we coordinate the Student Centre and provide office space and meeting space for its 16 clubs.

Are you part of a student club, group or course union? The Office of Residence and Student Life wants to support your ideas and events that contribute to the New College community! Apply for the New College Innovation Fund – successful applicants will receive up to $1000 in funding for a specifc project. Applications will be considered twice annually and the deadlines for consideration are:

December 4, 2015 – 5pm

January 29, 2016 – 5pm
