In his talk, “Climate Forecasting, Adaptation and Legitimacy: Evidence from Turkana, Kenya” Dr. Dyer will explore the vital role of seasonal climate forecasts and indigenous knowledge in enhancing the adaptive capacity of pastoral communities in Kenya.
