Two ceremonies. One proud community.

On June 15, New College, University of Toronto officially welcomed more than 1,100 graduating students into our alumni family. From those first nervous steps outside Convocation Hall to the proud walk across the stage, the day was a beautiful celebration of the hard work, lifelong community, and shared joy with family and friends.

This year, we welcomed back Bonnie Stern (BA 1969 NEW) and Kimberly Huie (BA 1987 NEW) as convocation speakers who reminded the Class of 2026 that life rarely moves in a straight line. They encouraged graduates to embrace the unexpected and to trust that their foundation at the college and university has prepared them to navigate their future paths.
