Applications should be made using our application form (also available from our Program Office). You may need to download Adobe Reader (free download here!
) to view this application form. Completed applications must be submitted to the Program Office for approval by the last week in August for the Winter Session or by May 1 for the Summer Session. Students will be notified of the acceptance or rejection of an application.
