Faculty and Staff
New College IT provides support for Academics and Staff in the following areas:
Internet Access (Wired, Wireless); Portal; VPN; Email

Students and Guests in Residence
If you encounter any issues with accessing the internet with your residence UofT wired or wireless connections, it is recommended you submit a problem report through the IT reporting form located at here
You may also go to the Wilson Lodge and provide your name and room number in order for student IT staff to attend to your issue, within regular business hours.
