Our QT Write-Ins offer an inclusive space for New College’s 2SLGBTQ+ community and allies to write together, give and receive feedback on class assignments and creative projects, and hold each other accountable to our goals! Among the perks:

  • A welcoming space to work on assignments or any creative endeavours
  • Feedback at all stages of the writing process from writing instructors and peers
  • Opportunities to consult with a NCWC writing instructor
  • Free snacks, coffee and tea

Drop in at Wilson Hall, Room 2007D* between 2 – 5 p.m. every Wednesday and stay as little or as long as you like — no registration required!

Winter 2026 Schedule:

Wednesday afternoons (2-5 pm) from January 14th until April 1st, 2026. There will be no Write-In on February 18th (Reading Week) or March 18th.

*Room 2007D is in the southwest corner of Wilson Hall. There is a hanging sign, but it’s still tricky to find. Follow the ramp behind the Coffee Shed, pass through the double doors, and you’ll be there!
