Tuesday, January 7, 2020 – 9:15 PM – 10:45 PM EST 

Thursday, January 9, 2020 –  5:00 PM – 7:00 PM EST

Monday, January 13, 2019 – 12:00 PM – 02:00 PM EST

All Information Sessions will be approximately 90 minutes including time for Q&A with current dons and RAPs. 

All sessions will be held in WIL 2002 located in Wilson Hall (2nd Floor), 40 Willcocks Street

Application Submission and Initial Review

Completed applications (online submissions only) should be submitted by WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 15th, 2020 by 9:00 AM EST

First Round of Interviews (Carousel Interview)

Applicants invited to attend the first part of the hiring process will be notified by email by Monday, January 20, 2020, and must be available to attend the Don Hiring Carousel on SUNDAY, JANUARY 26, 2020 (10:30 AM EST – 4:30 PM EST).

Second Round of Interviews (Panel Interview)

Following the carousel, a number of candidates will be invited to attend a second round panel interview to be held beginning THURSDAY, JANUARY 30, 2020 – FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 28, 2020

Common Offer Date (***NEW for 2020-2021***)

There will be NO common offer date this year. Divisions will begin making offers after March 1, 2020.

You retain the right to examine all offers you receive until the Common Acceptance Date (see below).

New College will make its offers closer to Friday, March 6th, 2020.

Common Acceptance Date

You may receive offers from multiple divisions. You are expected to confirm an offer to a single division by Monday, March 16, 2020.

Once you accept an offer, you have a responsibility to decline all other offers extended to you. This is so that we can move to our wait list.

Interviews MUST be attended in person.

We thank all applicants for their interest and wish to clarify that only those candidates considered for an interview will be contacted. We will provide feedback only to those who have been invited to a Carousel or Panel Interview. This feedback will be provided only after the recruitment process is completed i.e. Mid-March.
